Ruby Chocolate Drops

Ruby chocolate takes indulgence to a new height with a more intense, fruity taste and tangy, sour notes than any ruby chocolate before. Ruby also has a more intense, sparkling colour.
We recommend using ruby as a pure chocolate as much as you can, but its 3-drop fluidity means it is suitable for a wide variety of applications.
